In all seriousness, this is doable and the minimum. Make it Nostr-infused throughout.
Npubs on name tags or passes so people can easily scan & follow.
Spotlight Nostr devs, who work hard.

Not all speakers or attendees have npubs. They also use wristbands. But an NFC tag in wristbands is possible. We did this 10 years ago at the Big Android BBQ.

For McCormacks thing you could electrocute panel members if you didn't like what they said.
Although McCormack chickened out because he has pace maker 🙄
I could build a super slick version that panel folks just hold, and audience can electrocute them via zaps. The price should increase as they get zapped, and funds should go to charity (charity bully panel members into participating)

It would have to be planned way ahead to encourage people to get an npub. We gotta create the world we want.
My biggest beef around here is we all do things last minute. Planning months out would solve most of our problems. Don’t make me start tagging people…
