Sadly, China and South Korea have stopped eating dog meat in recent years, but thankfully, North Korea still enjoys it, and you can easily find dishes featuring dog penis there.

There are literally hundreds, maybe thousands of restaurants in China that serve dog meat today.
Go to Baidu maps and search 狗肉.
I just saw some in person in 2024.
They think its healthy. And it is usually ethnic Koreans cooking it.
