Just getting settled here and getting familiar with hooking up Lightning apps. Sure is rough around the edges, even for someone who's got some experience since before. But I'm sure it'll improve a lot.

Do you need to pay for a transaction to open a LN channel and access a LN wallet?
If you use a custodial wallet there are no fees (WOS, Blink)
