Cypherpunks are the backbone of #bitcoin. Don't get it twisted. Cypherpunk is someone who uses cryptography and related technologies in a rebellious or anti-establishment way to promote individual privacy and freedom. The term "cypherpunk" combines the words "cipher" (code or cryptography) and "punk" (anti-authoritarian attitude). Cypherpunks advocate for the use of strong cryptography and decentralized systems to protect individual liberties and challenge state control over communications and transactions. So a cypherpunk is essentially a tech-savvy individual or activist who leverages cryptography and related tools like encryption, anonymity networks, and decentralized platforms to circumvent censorship, surveillance, and other forms of centralized authority over digital spaces. The underlying philosophy is about using code and math as a form of civil disobedience and empowerment against oppressive systems. #relaythat #cypherpunk #antiestablishment image

I got recently mocked, scolded and ultimately fired from a "Bitcoin company" for suggesting (against the volatile will of the "CEO") that we should adopt a philosophy like this. Most people can't even imagine the levels of hypocrisy and bs we cypherpunks have to endure in our daily lives from predatory corporate whores that see in Bitcoin only a means to getting rich quick and easy. So, thank you, friend, for being the voice of many. View quoted note β†’
More like Nu Metal from Limp Biskit. All the rest moved to Monero a long time ago. It ain't no coincidence to be the only coin with a bounty for breaking its privacy whereas BTC is nowadays a government supported ETF.
How does it work to be claim anti-establishment while promoting an establishment-supported currency? Monero is the coin adopted a long time ago that solved that problem. Look it up. There is a reason why you only see normies, banks and binance-casinos using bitcoin nowadays. πŸ™„
Name and shame! They are probably not a β€˜bitcoin company’ but a fiat company doing business in bitcoin
