I am thankful to the cattle ranchers, everywhere out there, but especially here at home, who are raising high quality food for their community. We will be picking up a whole local grassfed beef from a friend, in a few weeks, which I am looking forward to. We have been getting a half beef the last few years, but it ain't enough! Get out there and shake your ranchers hand!
