Just made a batch of my fav chocolatey treats. These things are soooo good๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹, and ingredients are simple and clean. Not too sweet, just right. #foodstr #CacaoEnergyBites - 1 cup rolled oats - 1/4 cup chia seeds - 3/4 cups cacao powder - 1 tsp salt - 2/3 cups almond butter or peanut butter - 1/4 cup coconut oil - 2 TBSP honey - 1 tsp vanilla - 1/4 cup raisins Mix dry ingredients, then add the remaining stuff. Scoop out by the tablespoon and put onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in freezer until solid, then you can place them in baggies and grab a couple for a treat. Thats it, no cooking.
