Very good tutorial on SimpleX! Been watching your videos religiously. However, for constructive criticism, it seems to be a push for Start9 server and could be misleading. It sounds at the begining of the video that the only option for now is Start9 server to truly own your data. In reality you can install it on any device running Linux.

This is true, but I’d still have to source out parts and by the end with time it still comes out about the same price I figure. I could be wrong though, I’ve been wrong before

Hi Ben. Thanks for the reply 🤝 In my case there may be two problems: the server that I want to enter manually, which comes from the app configuration in SO (smp://… .onion), is being rejected by the iOS app. And secondly, the issue of the app for Tor adjustment for the desired app. I do not know if there is any similar to the one you show but for iOS 🤷🏽‍♂️
