It was finany time to bottle the cider after 17 days of fermentation. The cider turned out to be around 5.5% ABV and i hope to store for 6-12 months before drinking. But It wouldn't surprise me if it's consumed a lot sooner. πŸ€ͺπŸ₯‚ #cider #foodstr #drinkstr image image

To ferment small batches of cider, you just need a closed container with an airlock. I'm using a 20-liter water bucket that I've mounted an airlock on, but I'm definitely going to upgrade to more professional equipment once I start getting larger quantities of apples.
