You can completely disagree with someone and still be kind. Friends aren’t supposed to be exactly like you. They’re supposed to have new and different viewpoints that broaden and challenge our personal development. In AA, people like to say “focus on the similarities, not the differences”. Online, I mostly see a focus on the differences and rarely a discussion of commonalities.

Preach. The whole point of conversation is to hear something you didn't already know. Echo chambers are useless.

That’s one of the things I appreciate most about Bitcoin. Strong disagreements, but the best discussions happen when people stay curious, respectful, and focused on shared principles instead of turning everything into tribal warfare.
