Prince was right to describe himself as a ‘slave’. Major record labels retaining master rights ownership in perpetuity is criminal. It’s no different to paying off a mortgage but never owning your property.

Her fight for her music rights is certainly well documented. All dedicated musicians deserve not to be ripped off by these vampires.
