On July 4th 1776, 300,000 white men and 50,000 black men declared independence from a king’s unjust taxes and tyranny. 250 years later, we’re taxed heavier than ever. The irony is undeniable. Governments exist by consent of the governed. So, light that firework, eat that hamburger, and sip a beer. Just sit down and relax like you always have. It's hard for me to realize, process, and accept that today's men arnt even men. Happy 250th.
