The banksy whitewash looks like it was done by an artist. My guess it was performance art executed by his team.

Perhaps, I'm sure Banksy is a busy man. The risk of being apprehended is such a highly policed and secure location must be quite high
That is strange. I did see a video of a masked person, perhaps a groundsman, attempt to scrub it off with a handbrush. Its seemed quite a pathetic gesture. Why do hire a professional team with high pressure hoses etc?
It was already there, I've checked Google street view from 2022. Partly why the art was created there perhaps.
