Ahhh, i thought my relay will connect to other relays to fetch messages from them.. So if i understand you correctly, I have a bot that ONLY publishes messages to my relay. Does that mean everybody has to add my relay in order to read its messages?

No, it depends if a clients implements the outbox model or not, because if 1) I follow your bot, and 2) I know what relay it posts to (I.e. its relay list is also broadcast to a known relay to me, or I simply connected to its relay directly) then, by being in my contacts list I should also get its latest notes from its own relay, as well as with other contacts and their relays

Yes. Unless they are using Amethyst. Amethyst with it's newest version has changed how adding relays work. The new way on there the client autimatically cinnects you to every relay on someones list when you follow them. So if their using amethyst they follow your bot & they are connected. lots of people dislike this though which is why people are checking out different clients.
