Such a good movie!
The Prestige was very good. Hugo not a mind bender but excellent also.
Memento 2020
Poor Things
Such a cool movie
Oldboy, the original
The city of lost children
Dangerous Liaisons, Malkovich, Close version. Just do it. Ignore Keanu acting stupid.
"Nefarious" disturbing psychological thriller.
Dark Matter on Apple TV. Great show.
Dark (Netflix)
Donnie Darko
Hudson is the best B movie ever
Lots of mind bending (and drilling)
I love Adaptation because I hated the book
I think this is a must watch.
Lovecraft Country fits the bill but is a tv series, seen it?
'Little Otik' ranks high
Okay, not “mind-bending” but if you haven’t watched “Major Payne” together then that is my recommendation.
If you want to be in a constant state of suspense while watching a movie then try The Fall...
Me and my wife got so sweaty just by watching this... 😅

Fall (2022 film) - Wikipedia
Shutter Island or Inception.
Bonus: Both starring Leo 👌
Primer. What it lacks in budget, it more than makes up for in concept. This was (and is still) one of the hardest movies for me to figure out
Mind-bending may be a stretch, but "Resolution" & "The Endless" are a shared-universe pair of films with the same unique supernatural antagonist in the background. It gets the audience thinking & leaves them with questions in a IMO very satisfying way
The interview of Itzhak Bentov & his widow’s lecture presentation of his ideas at length in “From Atom to Cosmos”.
Bentov died “mysteriously” just 2 years after writing his book “Stalking the Wild Pendulum: On the Mechanics of Consciousness”. His biomedical models were directly referenced in a June 1983 letter on the then classified research called “remote viewing”.
Bentov developed the first missile for the Israelis in their War for Independence in the 1940s, so we know he was on Mossad’s radar. We know he was on the CIA’s radar.
Is it any surprise that he “died mysteriously” just a couple years after writing a book that ripped the face off the universe?
The most mind bending videos aren’t produced by the same Hollyweird that gave us #metoo and Diddy parties.
The most mind bending videos take our distorted models of the universe and offer us less distorted models of the universe. This is true because when a person realizes certain truths, it forces them to reassess their prior assumptions and see just how many dominoes topple as a result of this new information.
Eternal Sunshine of Spotless Mind
Awake is a must watch
After a car accident takes the life of a family member, a police detective lives two alternating parallel lives, one with his wife and one with his son. Is one of his "realities" merely a dream?

Vertigo by Alfred Hitchcock, is somewhat unsettling.
