Hard to say health-wise, I'm feeling great. I'm also exercising a lot more lately so at least I need not worry about dehydration.
I fill up one gallon bottle first thing in the morning. It has markings on it for every 2 hours of the day so it's easy to keep track.

you take any vitamins/supplements also, that you’d say have had a positive effect on you?

Currently taking 20+ supplements per day but too soon to say which if any are actually worth it. Doing a lot of testing over the next 6 months.
The only thing that changes how I feel is sleep, workout and sauna/sun. Food personally doesn’t effect me much even tho I Try to eat decent most of the time lol
