I haven’t seen any pedo stuff since the beginning of 2025 or so. This was the last spam wave hitting some relays that also contained some low res CSAM and got quickly removed by relay/blossom operators. I don’t see how pubky wouldn’t face a similar situation unless they manually approve each upload. I’m here for the permissionless freedom stuff. Not gonna beg anyone for invite codes or jump through SMS KYC theater to post my stuff to a network of maybe 50 users.

That’s just spam and most likely a scam or honeypot. No sane person sells such content over Telegram unless they want to get raided. But how would any platform ensure that such a message can’t be posted? I don’t get it. If it’s CSAM, it’ll be deleted from most relays quickly. If you want to tie your identity to a mobile phone number because of this, be my guest, but that’s neither freedom nor permissionless. It’s up to you to decide why you’re here and what you want out of it. If this is a dealbreaker for you, your browser should be the next on the chopping block though.

How do these numbers compare to a year ago? Was the Q4 2025 public launch successful? What new demographics have you onboarded? Is the web idealized yet?
