this is what I learned when I started doing these like a year ago, but so far it’s been a year and no solution that’s viable for all users on every client has came out. & honestly if someone wants to rig & game it let them their reputation is on the line and it’s extremely easy at this stage of nostr for us to notice these things. I’ll give em the benefit of the doubt.

Finding new npubs is easy (add welcome.nostr.wine to your relays), but verifying that they're actually new users and not old users fishing for sats, I'm not sure how to solve for that.
