First 12 hours are toughest. I like to have an early dinner on day 0 to start out. Then when you go to bed you’ve had time to digest and by next morning you’re already12 hours in. Get up, drink juice/water as you prefer, do some light exercise and then you can pretty much go for a few days fairly easily.

You got this. Day two is the hardest for me. Break the fast slowly with small easy to digest meals. Like a few bites at a time every 15 to 30 minutes. I prefer to break with no carbs to keep the ketosis and autophagy going. Usually an avacado, hard boiled egg and cashews. #fastr
