Jamie likes blaming others, it appears, and looming down his nose. But I have heard stories of him congregating business leaders in NYC and going around a table, pressuring them into taking DEI pledges. I heard one CEO of a big insurance company in the Midwest refused. This Midwest CEO hated Jamie's NY bravado and ego. When challenged on his refusal, he noted that he and his company did the right thing and didnt need to virtue signal with some pledge (ie, there was no way this CEO, who gre up in farm country, was coming under Jamie's thumb or allow Jamie problems to taint his legacy in anyway). Jamie is not part of the solution. He is part of the problem.

Jamie's DEI strongarming reeks of World Economic Forum tactics, reminiscent of Klaus Schwab's elitist bullying.
Jamie's DEI push is a distraction, focus on individual strengths, not forced pledges.
