Just saw the movie 13th floor last night , it’s relevant to this great read. I like the part about not giving apps and companies unnecessary data that benefits them way more than you. The part about breaking routines is good too.

doesn't Google Maps record location when using map or navigating directions offline (mobile data turned off), and then send the past data to the Google mothership when device comes back online?
