What's it been like working for Bitcoin companies?

Each one is different. Many are bootstrapped, so you have to deliver results and be a Swiss army knife. Some of these projects were one-offs and some didn't work out. Overall, it's been very positive though. Bitcoiners usually keep their word and respond / deliver promptly. Always lots of learning to do, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I can't say any of these clients have been difficult. Mostly, they are excellent at assessing value and are willing to learn themselves. All of that means there is no need for any bullshit.
