Do you think block is capable (from a regulatory stand point) of opening up a huge liquidity channel like ACINQ?

they don't have to do anything. opening channels are done by the initiator

I just doxxed myself.... My node is public anyways. Twas channel ID and not node ID 😂
Other big channels suck up outbound from it. I can't keep it balanced. Cost me more to rebalance than I make.
