When this person originally submitted the warrant, they sent a cropped version with the dates incorrect. See below for the original that got saved. They deleted the original tweet with it. We don't even believe the document is legitimate. We are just assuming worst case that it is (note: no mention of device access). They claimed a GPU bug made the days wrong.

This guy's logic of "I got arrested = phone data was accessed" is hilarious despite (according to them) the phone having ALL security settings maxed and was never used outside. Whatever evidence they have it CLEARLY isn't data on a mystery phone.
