yeah the wording and delivery is very off, but if they want vouchers they can also use something based off ecash/cashu and x-402 to restrict access, then a server provides a service for the "voucher", and ta-dah, no overcomplicating, but he keeps tapping on the "zkEVM" sign for some reason I'm not sure where he wants to get with this
the main issue with this is how him, or "the team" will now have to diverge focus to build this, and then after the complexity is added everyone will have to carry that burden when wanting to fork, self-host, develop, use the app, etc. simplicity is always key, and at this rate SX will be forever a niche
