I used this for a couple of months and got two copyright infringement warnings from my ISP, so I'm not convinced it works. I've never had that problem with any other VPN.

Yeah, the warnings from the ISP never amount to anything over here. They just threaten you endlessly and never act. But still, I'd rather they didn't know what I was up to, out of principal more than anything.

Gonna play around with Mullvad soon. Heard nothing but good things. I'm currently running iVPN at the router level and am enjoying it.

My understanding is that Obscura utilizes Mullvad's VPN service and then adds a multihop type of feature. If you can just get Mullvad VPN directly and utilize their own built-in multihop feature which doesn't cost extra, then what's the point of adding Obscura to the mix?

I’m not proficient in VPN matters however, I stumbled upon Simplified Privacy VPN. They claim even Mullvad resells another international provider. Signed up to Simplified Privacy for ~900 Sats/month, so far so good me thinks. Opinions welcome.
General privacy and ability to watch streaming platforms via VPN. Wouldnt want to use multiple providers, say Obscura for Desktop and something else for Apple TV.
