I’m almost sure there is a project already? I’ll try and poke around after the fiat mining is done to see if I’m smoking something good or there actually is one. I would love to see three or four new implementations. Centralized software is just as bad as centralized services.

Great idea - I’ve been wondering why this hadn’t already happened to reduce the risk of bugs. The timing now is ideal to increase the number of robust implementations of nodes that are available. We need more choice than Core vs Knots.

Thanks, I stand corrected, but I know there are some issues that occur with codegen. Personally, I'm working on a large project that cannot be reproducible, most likely because of codegen, the target we use, and our insane amount of dependency crates.
