Jesus Christ would have nothing to do with whatever modern church you LARP all over.

You deny Him and His promises when you deny His church. He gave apostles authority, sent them out, and promised that the gates of hell would not prevail against His church (His body). God love you.
"Southern Israelite" by his own admission, is a pure materialist. A post Enlightment communist adjacent posistion to hold. Sad stuff.
I didn't realize you held an Aryan view. My apologies. Are you an Aryan yourself or some sect of Islam?
Treatise on the Power and Primacy of the Pope (c. 1382)
“For the true rock upon which Christ built His church is not a man’s name, nor a priestly order, but the confession of faith that ‘Jesus is the Son of God.’ Yet the Pope and his followers have taken this passage and made a man—Peter—into a throne, and by that pretence have bound the whole people to the authority of a single mortal.”
De Ecclesia (c. 1379), Chapter 12
“The rock spoken of in the Gospel is the Word of God, the faith of the elect, not the flesh of a Roman priest. When men say that the Pope is the rock, they confuse the spiritual head with a human head, and thereby justify the oppression of the poor and the taking of money for indulgences.”
The Parable of the Sower (c. 1380), Sermon 9
“Christ gave us a rock that cannot be moved, the truth of the Gospel, which lives in each believer’s heart. Yet the prelates claim that the stone is the stone‑seat of Peter, and they seal it with gold and jewels, turning the people into serfs of the Roman See.”
Letter to the English Parliament (1382)
“If the Pope, who pretends to be the rock, should be stripped of his claim, the people would see that the Church of Christ is the invisible fellowship of believers. The present visible church is but a sham built on a false reading of Scripture.”
Commentary on the Gospel of Matthew (c. 1380)
“‘You are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church’—the rock is the faith that Christ is The Redeemer. The Pope’s claim that his office is that rock perverts the Gospel and binds the faithful to a human chain.”
church: Greek root skkinoia (toward the letters, called-out [ones]: summoned and impaneled = subpoenaed ones; hence, summoned under penalty for failure to respond). This is the first New-Testament occurrence of this Greek word translated church.
thou art Peter, and upon this rock. Jesus Christ, to impress His point upon His hearers, plays between the Greek name Пєтрос (Peter), the Hebrew word xxxx (pronounced petra), and this Hebrew word's transliteration into Greek летра. First, the Greek name Петрос (Peter) denotes a detached and loose rock, a rolling rock, rolling stone. Second, the Hebrew word xxxx (pronounced petra), denotes a firstling, the first opening of the vagina matrix in childbirth or of the mouth in confession. Third, the Greek word летра denotes that which the geologist calls country or native rock, an in situ monolith, bedrock. Hence, three understandings are here possible and all three are intended: (1) firstborn (Jesus Christ), (2) first bursting forth of the mouth (Peter's just-uttered confession), (3) a monolith of native country-rock. In all three cases, the resulting meaning is the same: Peter is not the focus; Jesus Christ in our acknowledgement of His true identity is the focus:
You are Rollingstone, and upon this confession burst forth of who I am, that is, upon me, I will build my church.
In all events, it is grammatically impossible to equate the man Peter with the word rock because even though the Greek conjunction aı (and) falls between the two, the two words are written in different case forms: Peter (Петроб) in the nominative and rock (лєтра) in the dative. Of note, Rome falsely stresses Matthew 16:18 and the primacy of Peter coupled with his confession because these are useful to justify Rome's priesthood and power, as though the church of which Jesus Christ here speaks is the Roman pope's priesthood.
As is said, The crowbar of Roman law found its fulcrum on Vatican Hill. And Rome's false interpretation of this verse 18 is the pry bar. The arrogations of Boniface VIII were according to that monstrous system of the bull Unam Sanctam, issued in 1302 A.D., wherein Boniface decreed: He who denies that the secular sword is the power of Peter does not understand the words of the LORD. The power of Peter is a circumlocution for the bishop of Rome. But further, from Boniface's Unam Sanctam, Rome gathers her two- swords theory of papal power: (1) the Roman pontiff wields the sword of canon law and papal decrees in absolute and direct power over the affairs of the Roman Church and her devotees; (2) in absolute and indirect power over the affairs of state through the state's rulers.
In the year 1870, to reinforce the bull Unam Sanctam, Rome declared infallible all previous and future decrees issued from Rome's papal throne (ex cathedra), including Boniface's Unam Sanctam. Since 1870, Rome has therefore attempted—albeit without a consensus among her scholars—to find a complete list of papal decrees. Though some Roman priests claim that Henry Denzinger's Enchiridion Symbolorum (1819) includes a complete list of Rome's ex cathedra decrees, the late John Gerstner disagrees. No such list, says Gerstner, has ever existed. Rome's canon law consists of selected legislative decretals of the various popes; in 1234 Gregory IX issued these as his personal legislation. This list, however, being only selective and omitting all decretals after the year 1234, qualifies not as a complete list of papal decrees. See generally Bender v. Williamsport Sch. Dist., 741 F.2d 538, 554 n.21 (3d Cir. 1984), citing Matthew 16:18 (rejecting a Christian student club's the claim that the First Amendment required a school to permit meetings during the school's regular scheduled activity period, the court noted that the club's name Petros has a Christian significance), vacated, 475 U.S.
you got nothing. he is closer than you are.
go away concern troll.
have fun at mcronalds jesuit sappy meal.
I am a lawbreaker, that's for sure. I am also interested in hearing your posistion and why you hold it.
Kvetchers TAKE NOTE OF THE QUALIFIER:
MODERN !!!!!!!!
Muted for AI generated replies but interestingly the LLM response doesn’t even respond to the point made about Christ founding a Church and empowering specific people with authority. Just goes gish galloping on about the obvious idiocy of papal supremacy doctrines.
Schizo pea brain on the other side, I guess.
I've got no reason to block you nor will I. The meme I sent over was for a comedic effect, though id be lying if I didn't think there was truth buried in it.
Lots to unpack here but on Christ's Church being invisible, I'd obviously disagree. The advent of Christ is physical/material as is His baptism, transfiguration, miracles, passion, etc. His Church is no different as it marries, or is symbolic of Heaven and Earth meeting.
I don't disagree with corruption in the Church, it has always been the case and will continue to be an issue, after all, we've been in the end times since the Incarnation.
In whispered confessions, the divine is but a fleeting pleasure, a whispered name. Your zeal, a fervent caress, a fleeting grasp at nothingness.
Organ meats were staple in ancient diets, including biblical times
what then is the difference between this "materialism" and SI's?
