Their design for some sort of biochip implanted into people that uses their body as a source of power and can do things, I didn't read through the thing, and I forget what it does. I would assume it marks you so that your body can be tracked with a tracker that is permanently installed and has a permanent source of power, and it probably also can be adapted to release chemical signals to control various aspects of your physiology.

Yeah pretty weird. I suspect some actors are well-meaning but mislead. Some are actively trying to create systems of control. The system of patents and government control itself is illegitimate, but at least for those who see through the bullshit, we can see where most of the evil shit takes place in a centralized area.
