Imagine the economic disruption.
Every internet carrier is using MPLS or Segment Routing. Services in both are called VPNs in the official documentation and that is how they function. No more internet at all without them.

The podcast I was listening to was pretty much laughing about that because the way the language of the bill is written is that it's like anything that tunnels traffic can be counted as a VPN.....Genuinely fucking ridiculous.
They are talking about 'voter vpn'
20+ years in the industry I've never heard that term and don't see anything that explains it in search results.
