Nostr's individual developers cannot have the same continuous construction capabilities as VC-backed projects in terms of funding. Will the innovation and creative contributions of individual developers eventually become fertilizer for VC projects? Not targeting anyone, I think Primal has done a great job. Nostr needs enterprise-level builders, the more the better. And Nostr needs all kinds of diverse explorations and practices. Just my thoughts. View quoted note β†’

primal has a small lean team focused on building a long term profitable and sustainable open source app that is compatible with all nostr apps we need more of that, not less
Enterprise-level builders, what kind of projects should be the outcome? And are those builders also enterprise-level teams / organisations?
I don’t usually use Primal β€” I prefer Damus because of the speed. But these new updates are amazing! The idea of the packs was a brilliant move. The Explore tab is awesome, with all the filters and options β€” seriously, great job! I just think one thing is missing: you should add multi-upload for media, like Damus has.

GM Nostr, We've been working on a number of projects, in the background, including a Nostr-based git HTTP server, and we've been considering our pricing model for them. We have received enough donations to reserve the git server, and @ChipTuner and @npub1ecdl...s735 are going to be launching the beta version of that #thoon. We are excited to use it, ourselves, as it's frustrating fighting other login methods. Nostr is simply less friction. We are aiming for a base storage of 1 GB for an organization (the owner npub and the collaborator npubs it invites), with additional storage purchasable. 1 GB is more than most dev teams use, and we want to keep our running costs low. If it turns out to be too little, we will increase the baseline. It will be bundled together with a media and blossom server, and a subscription to theforest (we will credit you anything you have paid for theforest), as well as access to our other inhouse systems. This is also just a fun way and easy way to help support our efforts, and to make sure your support requests get faster responses. The subscribers will be invited to help us Design Think our systems and applications. *We build with you and for you!* We are also negotiating group discounts from other service providers, which will be offered to anyone on our NIP-05 list. We will be controlling access to those servers, and to the other functionality we have planned, over the https://gitcitadel.nostr1.com relay and the gitcitadel.com NIP-05 list. That is a read-protected relay, unlike https://theforest.nostr1.com, and any Gitcitadel team members you see on there have paid for the access, themselves. @npub1m4ny...c2jl is the first user. πŸ™‚ image

we have multi upload and it uses the blossom open spec so you can easily set multiple blossom media servers, the media is hashed and signed so users can prove it has not been modified, and all uploads are mirrored across the servers you choose image
ah i misunderstood, good shout, will add that to our list users can manually add multiple media links but not ideal, we should support that in the native upload flow
