I can see that being true. Wim Hof breathing is great and I enjoy it but i wonder about the long term effects of doing it daily because of how demanding it is on the nervous system.
You can experience huge breakthroughs doing it though and definitely as a beginner.

Fair points. A lot of Wim's stuff seems to be geared towards the "if you don't exercise your 4 wheel drive once a month, it's probably not going to work so well when you actually need it" philosophy with the extreme temperature and breathing stuff.
I'm prone to agree. I tried it a few times and it was interesting. I got pins and needles once in my orbital bones in my face and on the tip of my nose. Very cool experiences.
