suits allocate in percentage. the amount of capital that flows in will be staggering. once one does it and sees the returns, they will shill their buddies. gradually the suddenly.

Only insured for the bank. A bankruptcy and one's bookentry security belongs to the bank.
Extractive folks are going to have a hard time getting to grips with personal accountability that cannot be buck-passed or mitigated or bailed out 🍿 🍿🍿

Coinbase will become the biggest honeypot in the world. Looking forward to the VR movies in 2033 that depict the 2029 Coinbase heist where 20% of all bitcoin in existence were stolen, and the suits tried to hard fork the protocol to "get them back".
BITO, CME futures, and Coinbase/NYDIG/Anchorage are all easy on-ramps for professional investors.

It’s not because they’re scared. It’s because there are different layers that every institution must go through to get approval to allocate funds to bitcoin. Most times it doesn’t make it past committee, and then the final nail is usually legal, due to liability risk. I guarantee if these “suits” as you call them hold btc personally, it’s in cold storage. Where’s the nuance?
Never underestimate your enemy. It might be the case now that most suits shy away from bitcoin, but that’s only because it hasn’t reached widespread adoption yet. But I’ll be damned if in 10 years, the institutions end up doing the same thing to people’s bitcoin what they do with people’s dollars now.
I think you are right. My grandfather wears me out about Bitcoin. He wants access to its "price action" but there is no amount of convincing to get him to buy and hold the real deal. I have tried warning him off of the ETF, but he dismisses my concerns outright. Anecdotal, but yeah, not priced in.

Is wallstreet initiating hostile takeovers of publicly traded mining companies a legit attack vector?
Es solo una opción más que obviamente no recomiendo porque no son tus llaves
I don't think so. Why? Because Bitcoin can be verified as an asset (when is last time Gold was audited>?). If you have a fixed, verifiable supply people will eventually gravitate to a cold wallet once the fiat system burns them (think FTX).
LOL, imagine all the fiat billionaires trying to hold their keys, they will mainly have to trust someone.
I will be 62 this year. I do own TSLA. But my Bitcoin has far exceeded all my other investments. This provides flexibility. I don't know if I'm a 'real bitcoiner' or not - but I believe in it, especially for younger people. If I were 20 I would not own any stocks right now. No Gold, Silver, or even a house. I would literally go all in on Bitcoin. But however small the risk of Bitcoin not winning (nothing is 100%) the older you get the more conservative you have to be! There is a lot of capital sitting in my age group and older. They will slowly allocate 1%, then 2%, then 10%. And as it grows they too will move their wealth to a more dependable asset like Bitcoin.
Once again, from an old guy perspective! lol The ETF will be a gateway, I hope, for the 50+ crowd that have fallen for the 401k nightmare (401k is slavery yet I believed in it my entire working life). Now I'm getting out as fast as I can without massive taxes. The LAST THING I want is Bitcoin in a IRA that goes WAY UP and I have to pay payroll taxes! Of course if you bought Roth IRA or equivalent non-tax when withdraw 401k you 'may' be in better shape as long as Government does not change the rules on you (remember, Social Security use to not be taxed!). Best to be OUTSIDE the system - Bitcoin in cold storage. But yes - ETF = slavery. Just adding some context from old guys!
