Excited for another Mexican cola and mangoes tomorrow for my first meal of the day.
I feel way more energy in the afternoons now doing fruit until noon. Taking this week by week and definitely planning on continuing this for another 1-2 weeks minimum. Might work on getting fruit in me as soon as I wake up (6AM) and getting my first protein in around 11 though in the coming weeks.

Important note: like @Laser mentions, the cola is just a flex/special treat. I only do it on Saturdays since I'm still >15% BF but most should only stick to fruit and some honey, maybe some rice as their sources of carbs
