on a related note, I beleive @npub19pw5...jtwk has stated that he will not be maintianing it long term - Apple users might need a fork and new maintainer soon

Yes. Need to find some mac/ios dev willing to maintain the project and add new features for nip44 etc.
I don't have a mac, or an iphone to do this and the upfront cost is excessive. This is why I'm hoping we can find a dev that has the equipment to start with, and fund bounties that way.
