Being a bitcoiner does not make a man just or righteous. We need a sheriff that openly refuses to enforce any and all statutes, ordinances, and "laws" that violate natural God given rights. (Across the board for all - Not just for his buddies) One that would never violate an individual's right to own ANY property, travel freely in ANY manner, transact in ANY manner, and defend themselves by ANY means. One that would do right by the people by not allowing for the expansion of the surveillance state.. If such a sheriff truly existed, I could be inticed. But such a person would not be allowed to win an election as it would be antithetical to the direction things are being pushed.
I think what matters is their commitment to protecting property rights, limiting state overreach, and respecting individual sovereignty. Bitcoin maximalism is merely a proxy for those deeper principles. The jurisdiction’s broader legal framework, tax burden, and regulatory environment would weigh far more heavily in any relocation calculus than one official’s currency preferences.
