Without due process anyone can be labeled a terrorist and thrown in jail. Insane that anyone who even pretends to care about “freedom” can be dumb enough to not realize that. Think about all the politicians you don’t like having that power.

You can be thrown in jail for any reason when you think about it. Every law has some kind of loophole waiting to be abused. Exhibit A: The Commerce Clause
