I found this podcast very fascinating as well, and decided to give a read to Michael's article on the subject https://thoughtforms.life/platonic-space-where-cognitive-and-morphological-patterns-come-from-besides-genetics-and-environment/ I suggest you check out Bernardo Kastrup's resources on analytic idealism too, as he strongly develops the point that consciousness is primary in his philosophy. I wasn't also expecting to find someone like Federico Faggin talk about very similar things (the designer behind the Intel 4004 and the founder of Zilog), so something must be going on here!

I'm obsessed with Michael Levin's theories. The great thing about him is that he's also figuring out things in real time and doesn't claim to have understood everything. His ideas are constantly evolving to fit new discoveries and I love following the process along with him
