Oh wow, speech to text did me dirty. Sparkling milk. It was a Japanese brand called like Milkis or something, I believe. I could be misremembering the brand name. But it was effectively carbonated flavored milk.

I tried milk in the Sodastream when I was young. Do not recommend. 👎
