We don't need all relays to mirror each other, we just need P2P data verification like I've been saying forever. When my device is online, your device would contact it via Tor to ask for hashes to verify we both have all the same replies in one of my threads, or all the posts from my key in a given timeframe. No nostr app has added functionality like this because there aren't really devs that care enough so far
