Anything communist will get blocked in Albany. De Blasio only managed to get free pre-K through Albany and even with that they refused to do it via taxes on the rich that de Blasio wanted. Zoran winning would be an epic gut punch to Cuomo. Zoran is a communist but Cuomo is just horrible on every level.
