What are some good ways to purchase Bitcoin without any of that KYC bullshit? Maybe a private transaction exchange coin for fiat in the form of Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal?

I'm not sure. From what I can tell, each seller defines which payment methods they accept. On Robosats, most of them use Wise.
How do they do it? Do you just enter your personal information and they check it? Or do they require scanning your ID?

Well that sucks. My problem is that my ID expired at the end of August and I can't get it renewed for another month or two. And those bullshit ID scans always reject expired ID.

Yeah, I'm not really interested in mining. I'm just trying to get like 100-150k sats for my monthly purchase. Last month I bought from Onramper, but when I tried to buy again a little while ago the transaction failed, and no reason was given. I emailed their support, so maybe I'll get it worked out, but I'm not counting on it. Hence my search for private transaction.
I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner, but I already confirmed my ID with Cash App so I was just about to make my purchase using that! It was so easy! I feel dumb for not thinking of that sooner. Already got my sats!

Bisq. Make sure to NOT download the new app (Bisq 2) though. It's not good, it lacks all the features that make Bisq the best P2P market.
The best payment method by the way is always Wise, if available where you live. KYC is inevitable since it's a lega financial entity, but there should be no visible link to your bitcoin trading.
Bisq2 and Bisq1 are different applications, the latter is only using the new Bisq Easy trading protocol for now, and is aimed at nocoiners.
If you like the multisig protocol, as everyone does, you can keep using Bisq1, and wait until that will be ported to Bisq2 in its musig taproot version with less onchain costs and improved privacy.
Bisq is the most decentralized on-ramp and off-ramp exchange there is.
