The EU turns ever more dystopian. You would have thought after Stalin and Hitler did their things last century, people would have learnt to spot the bad signs and stop them in time...
I am obviously against any kind of Chat Control implementation, but TBF "all appropriate risk mitigation" does not sound like compromising E2E encryption by backdooring or on-device scanning.
