One satoshi will never buy one house.

All I know is in 140 years 1 Satoshi = 1 house, as sure as the ocean gets deeper away from the shore. I really just don't care that much about the ripples in between, except as opportunities to accumulate.

How could it not? In 140 years 1 Satoshi will be the mining reward, which is right now about the price of a house. Combine that with the fact that we can already 3d print houses. The only asset that can ever stabilize against Bitcoin over the long term is land, and that's only while we're a single planet civilization.
The European Commission is considering a new register to register all citizens' assets. This should include not only properties in the form of real estate, land and shares, but also assets such as precious metals, cryptocurrencies, jewellery, works of art, cars and boats.
If #bitcoin wins and AI is as deflationary as they predict, then there likely will be a greater degree of UBI and subsidized housing. But ya one sat equalling a house seems a bit too high!!!

Well that doesn't mean that everyone would be rich. There will be very few wholecoiners. But also isn't that how the US government has all of their Bitcoin now? Most from taking it from a guy who made a free market website.
