It's how you can deploy a Buzz relay with a few button clicks. Don't want to do that? You can clone the repo and run your own relay on your own infrastructure!
Can groups/communities use multiple self hosted relays and employ some sort of coordination between those relays depending on who is online?

As far as I can tell the current implementation is 1 relay per community. The name of the community actually has to match the name of the host in the code. It’s very clear much of Buzz is an early implementation so hopefully this will change. Some of the ngit functionality would also make a lot more sense with more relay flexibility.
For the “relay” or something, maybe they will add better explanation online somewhere
