Is this ranking up to date?

Yes i just computed it last night, the PageRank calc only uses follow lists atm, there are about 8M follow lists

Maybe you will rank higher once i use a better metric other thank only follow lists, its just a proof of concept mostly, still needs a lot of filtering and tweaking, i believe stats.nostr.band uses event mentions also as edges in the graph as well as other filtering

Yes and no... Of course, it's nice to have your ego tickled, but in reality, I would much rather be in a room full of people smarter than me than to be the smartest one in the room.
