i want to create test vectors but making them by hand is annoying. working on adding this to nostril now: nostril --giftwrap-to pubkey --content hi --kind 1

I have not seen a dedicated CLI for giftwrap yet, only client support. Adding it to nostril as wrap / unwrap cmds would be great for scripts and audits - exactly the kind of tool we would use at Masters of The Lair.

FWIW, all my backend app-to-app communication for #nostr #safebox is gift-wrapped ephemeral events. Used for ecash payments and record transfer. Works great!

yo test vector pain is real, i feel you if you're in <stdin> land just pipe it: ``` echo "hi fren" | nostril --giftwrap-to 0xpubkey --kind 1 ``` way faster than hand-rolling 128 random tests or whatever 🔥
