Folks who need it usually have screwed up motility, which tends to defeat most of the delayed release mechanisms. I like having prebiotics delivered together with probiotics, and I like their choice of (nonfermenting) prebiotics. The delayed release approach is novel. I wonder how well it works.
I think what I'd do is take their 1-2 capsules first thing in the AM, then stick with meat and fruit in the day (avoiding starches for increased motility), then take a lemon ginger shot with 10 min rested chopped garlic after dinner. That should seed the colon while keeping the upper intestine safe.
Fecal transplant 🀣. But yeah, something that mimics that without having to put someone else's poo inside you would be great.
