You will notice that all the worst leaders around the world really push the democracy narrative. Honestly the only country which runs something similar to a true democracy is Switzerland.

While again I am no expert on all things Swiss, it's always a good rule of thumb to understand that when these people speak about democracy it's not about individual liberties, but it's about their institutions having the controlling votes in governance. Their version of it is embodied by the EU, a top down bureaucracy that is built on ZERO national sovereignty and few individual rights.

Sadly, I don't think any of the politicians in European countries make any of the important decisions, so this is mostly just theater. The European Union, which was likely created by the CIA, centrally controls everything that matters. Feel free to pick your preferred puppet politician locally though. Because democracy!
