It's not a direct democracy of course, but it's still a democracy. There is nothing naive about believing we live in a democracy. The only naive thing is believing that democracies are always just.
In my father's house there are many mansions... There's no point in imposing your view onto others, there's enough space for anyone worthy. Also, Christians don't use such vulgar language. Christianity is superior precisely because of the forgiving nature. Once you understand why is that, there's no way back.
