"Without their consent" is manipulative framing - it implies theft when this is just voluntary exchange. Once you sell something, the buyer owns it and can do whatever they want with it.

not if they want to continue having a relationship with the seller they cant.
human relationships are usually more than transactional and therefore they dont end when the transaction is completed.
